    I didn't think much of his skills and talent, but he was a strong and well-conditioned fighter who beat better fighters than he was with his rough and awkward style.

      The first word that came to mind when thinking about Trevor Berbick was awkward. He had this weird bouncing rhythm and herky jerky style that worked for him.

        Berbick was a strong Bull of a fighter who wrestled the title off Pinklon Thomas, He was not skilled but he was tough & awkward as well as very dangerous as John Tate found out.. Berbick is not an IBHOF fighter but i would favor him to beat any heavyweight in the world today, Berbick could fight 15rds and still be very dangerous in rounds 10-15 which would stand him in good sted today against these unfit jokers.

          You say every past HW could beat the Klits.

          How are the Klitschko's out of shape? They (Especailly Wlad) are ripped and both live very clean follow strict diets. They are very dedicated and both train extremley hard.

          Don't throw the Klit's name in with the rest. The Klits are great Heavyweights and could be a force in most era's.....

            This guy is such a joke. I mean why lie? I dont get it. Berbick never won a round past the 12th in his career. So what the heck is he talking about? He only went past the 12th round once, in a complete blowout against Holmes, his only other 15 round fight was against the defeated Conroy Nelson who he KO'ed in 2. Nelson mind you had a losing record for his career and Nelson never won a fight past the 10th round. So what the heck is this guy talking about? He'd favor Berbick over Vitali and Wlad? Because he once lost 3 rounds past the 12th to larry holmes?

            This is just pure nonsense. First Cleveland Williams is the same size as Vitali and now Trevor Berbick would be favored over Vitali or Wlad Klitschko because he fought 2 15 round fights, only one of them going past 12 rounds.

              Dude Trevor Berbick clearly would kill the Klitschko's because he once fought 15 rounds against Larry Holmes and lost every round. Clearly the Klitschko's would stand no chance against such a man.

                you obviously have never seen Trevor Berbick fight... Berbick KOd Big John Tate who i would take to beat The Klitschko's, he handed Greg Page his first pro defeat, He went 15rds with a prime Larry Holmes and was dangerous throughout, He KOd Gordie Racette, Jeff Sims & David Bey beat Mitch Green & Pinklon Thomas as well as losing a decision to Hasim Rahman when well into his 40s... The Klitschko brothers are a couple of steroid abusers who have limited skills and have only ever fought Class D journeymen

                  uhh I have seen Berbick fight and Corrie sanders beats every fighter you just mentioned within 5 rounds easy.

                  How was he dangerous to Holmes throughout...he lost every round. I just watched both of their fights in the last month...the one in the ring and the flying superfly drop kick Holmes landed on him from off of a car. Berbick did nothing of note in that fight.

                  You actually give him credit for losing by decision to Hasim Rahman..........Who the heck did Big John Tate ever beat? And who the heck is Gordon Raccette, boxrec says he had beat 5 fighters with a winning record before fighting Berbick. Thats some great fighter? Heck the only guy I even recognize on Raccette's record who he beat is Rudi Lubbers and thats just because he fought Ali and go worked.

                  I mean seriously youre a joke. I would pick Sam Peter to beat all of the guys you listed with relative ease.
