Saturday i watched Wlad vs Peter 2 and was quite shocked at how bad Wlad is, He has no speed, no footwork, zero boxing ability and other than being BIG i found his performance to be pathetic.. Sam Peter is not a contender he is a journeyman.

I thought the Wlad vs Peter fight was dull. Ali vs Mildenberger was much more exciting 40 years ago.


Nevertheless, Wlad is a greater Champ than Willard ever was. He ranks behind Louis, Holmes and Ali for most Heavyweight title defenses. Willards claim to fame is beating a past prime Johnson.

Anyone who thinks Willard is superior to Wlad has lost their damn mind. He was nothing but a tall, lanky freak. Terrible footwork and poor dexterity.

Wlad has underrated footwork, a great jab, tremendous left hook and knockout power in both hands.

one thing about you sonny, and im not pointing fingers here, but you seem to be having a hard time distinguishing size and measurements, and that includes height, weight etc. You seem to inlarge and shrink fighters anyway you please, but tell me this, how is a guy, who cant distinguish shyt when it comes to size, can be taken seriously in a debate of head to head fantasy match ups?

you dont watch boxing as 2 men fighting in the ring, you view it as a cartoon, and in those cartoons you can only dream about 180lb fighters coming into the ring and putting the big boys into coffins just by blowing on them.

tall, lanky, terrible footwork (for use with a modern style), poor dexterity?(sure what ever), dimondillilum chin, stamina in spades, a reinforced concrete body, with an unorthodox style designed to use his resilence and knock people the f**k out.

wlad wouldnt have as near a reach advantage(as he does against most his opponets) putting his 6 inch (mosquito like) jab to crap since all his jab can do is keep people from getting on the inside. while willard would be raining down wild hayakers and uppercuts with each one containing the power to kill a man.

a jab should start 6 inches from your face and go straight out, not 6 inches from the opponets face.

and what you throw after you throw a right straight is called a left straight as you rotate the right shoulder back into punch. when one jabs the hips move into the jab and the right shoulder stays still.

and its clearly a crappy jab.

lacking speed and versitility, sturdy though almost like walking into a wall instead of like being hit in the face by a brick as a versitile jab can be.

I disagree i think its a very strong jab that keeps his opponents from trying to rush him. Wlad is a boring fighter imo but his jab and right hand are deadly and his opponents who probably think they can ko him early are given a dose of reality when they see that first hand.
