Lennox Lewis-Rahman was one of my personal favorites. Also, Jose Luis Castillo knocking out Diego Corrales in a rematch from their first fight. That one seems to get overlooked.

        Zale-Graziano was a famous example.

And just the other day Seth Mitchell scored a thrilling rematch win over Johnathon Banks.

There were many. These are a few that came to mind.

            Terry Norris over Simon Brown
            Sammy Serrano over Yasutsune Uehara
            Luisito Espinoza over Alejandro Gonzalez

Normally the odds are that a rematch would just repeat the victory but there are occasions where fighters have defied those odds.

Humberto Gonzales-Michael Carvajal, after being stopped in 7 rounds, Gonzales avenges not once but twice, both by decisions.

              Wladimir Klitschko-Brewster

I admire the resolve of a fighter that can come back and defeat the man that knocked him out.

Jack Dempsey - Fireman Jim Flynn
A 1st-round ko defeat avenged with a 1st-round ko win.

I thought of them, but personally I thought Carbajal deserved the decision.

And Brewster was pretty gone by the rematch.
