A good read of a very sly, calculating man. I had the pleasure or....disturbing pleasure of meeting Ced on a number of occasions. He wasn't any worse than King or Arum when it came to being the archetype of the slimy boxing promoter but there was something warm about him. Maybe it was the fact that he looked like a real life Father Christmas or the fact that he just had so many stories to tell, many of which can't possibly be true.
However, it was a bright day when Ced's power in boxing waned, as it was when King lost control of the heavyweight division. Men with too much money and too much power can be far too dangerous.
