Ali’s jab was far superior to Listons. Not only would Ali’s jab cut opponents to ribbons it was so quick it was difficult to slip. Ali’s lateral movement allowed him to hit opponents at angles. Listons jab was thrown one dimensionally straight on to an opponent. Louis could use his jab boxing cleverly while circling as could Holmes.
      Good posting

Holmes did not have the movement of Ali so his jab like Listons was more one dimensional. Ali’s jab combined with his lateral movement was a weapon that few could evade as opponents were hit from every possible angle.
        - -As someone with a double major BS of Phrenology and Scatology, I can attest to the genius of the scientific methodology, so I would grossly fail my highly credentialed Perfessers if I did not point out we have all of Ali's prime years readily available on tape.

We have scarce of Robby's prime years, and as any noob to boxing already knows, sometimes a jab is really a feint, and n'er shall the two ever meet.

            - -I got U number.

U think in 2 dimensional black and white lineal terms, I think in the obvious 4 dimensions available to us understanding there are dimensions beyond human perception just as some sounds and frequencies.

The uneducated like to believe that controversial thoughts/opinions somehow make them intelligent.

Obviously in your case it just makes you appear quite off your rocker.

                - -Indeed, I like to think and figure out new ways of analysis to grow their database that made the last start up company I worked for 50% of the profits of a 5 division firm, ie uncounted tens of millions yearly

Tripling their stock value and capitalization. No brag, just da facts, ma'am.
