So just to clarify, greatness is measured by how much money you make?

I haven't been I saw his career and no he wasn't great.

What's your response going to be, that he was great?

What was the point of your thread? Just to say "Toney is great" and that's it?

It's all about the money. Why else would you put your ass out there like that? Who else are you going to remember from that era? ..?..Rockin'

But would he have been as great if he fought clean?

            Sparring isn't fighting...

And I've noticed a trend. You keep using weight as an excuse.
            Guess what?
            No one likes making weight.

A lot of excuses in this thread, funnily enough.
Fres Oquendo, Samuel Peter, Griffin, Lebedev, McCallum
And everyone always forgets Sanderline Williams.

That's not a point or argument...

If Toney was so great then why is he arguably the most prolific drug cheat in boxing history?

Why do you keep ducking the steroid question?

Ok but is that what you are saying?

                    And quote him saying it.

For the majority of his career he did fight clean. Wasn't until he got to heavyweight that he used drugs. Still doesn't detract from his accomplishments considering his prolific win at heavyweight is Holyfield who was a drug cheat as well.
