Unless it's a Bill & Ted remake.

I saw that they remade this (or are in the process). I can’t see how CGI is gonna make this a good sequel..lol. I think certain classics should be just left alone.

Lyrically he wasn’t. Canibus beat the breaks off of LL in 2nd Round KO.

Lyrically.

But LL Cool J still won the war. He had Canibus blacklisted.

What war are you gonna win when big record labels won’t touch you?

Canibus own guy, Wyclef Jean, did him dirty. He did it for LL.

LL won simply cause he knew more people, and of course longevity. He destroyed Canibus career by using his power as a top rap star.

It was like what Eminem was trying to do to Machine Gun Kelly. Trying to beat him outside of rap, through his business partners.

So essentially yes, LL did bully Canibus out of the rap game in the end.

To me, Cannabis was/is faaar better than LL. Depending on what lyrics & style you’re listening for.

I don’t think Cannabis was “bullied” out the game, I just don’t think he ever had that charisma like LL had to stay in the celebrity scheme of things. Cannabis was focused strictly on “wordy” complicated structuring to his lyrics, lyrics that had dudes transfixed on every scientific analogy and clever comparison he effortlessly used. I still have his street mix tapes.

Cannabis never had that commercial ambition or drive to stay with the “ladies love” *** appeal thing that LL had. LL dominated that scene for YEARS and still does (he can still hold down Madison Square Garden like he’s hosting a house party)...with some regarding him as the GOAT!

Sorry, to me, there’s been too much diversity in the game - there’s NO WAY LL is the GOAT. But I love the dude and all that he’s brought to the game....LL is one bad dude!

Cannabis is on another level lyrically. Better? I don’t think LL can do what Cannabis does. But at the same time Cannabis doesn’t have LL’s charisma and lover romance style & lyrics. So I guess it’s a trade off?

I saw the notepad..I still think his lyrics were better..but I guess he lost by way of “notepad”..lol...Cannabis never had the dedication and drive LL had to keep it going on that glamour level...Cannabis probably working three jobs now wishing he was Mayweather. Props to the kid though, he was nice.

Get Gamboa to play Tyson. With a few smoke and mirrors tricks they could get him looking the part. Okay, it might be a stretch but facially he's got it.

Going to be interesting to see what's in and what's out..

Pending on mike's overall view and input I think it interesting to see how they capture the top of the world as a boxer, to pretty much washed up and back to the top of the world through social media popularity..

With what's happening now, I can pretty much see it ending with a fight lined up, baying crowds and Mike sat donning a pair of gloves, still undecided whether to walk out to the ring for a comeback.. he gets up walks to a door and it ends......

Foxx does a really great Tyson impersonation. I expect this to be a pretty good movie. Hollywood will make Foxx look close enough to Tyson.
