    Haye vs Wlad 2

Haye did poorly against Wlad but he did well at avoiding punches and went the the full 12 rounds. If a rematch were to happen, would haye have a better chance against a slightly older Wlad. Also haye should of never mentioned the toe but did it have any effect in that fight? If they fought now I see the same outcome but if a rematch were to happen, Wlad would be near retirement and haye always has a chance of catching him

Wlad is 37 now (like Floyd Mayweather) and figures to start steadily declining. But like Floyd, it's still very hard to pick against him. All Haye accomplished in their first terrible fight is being awkward enough to go the distance. But it was an embarrassing performance. Since then WK has fought four times compared to only once for Haye.

If I were Haye I'd try and get the older and inactive Klitschko, who seems a lot riper for the taking.

I agree with everything here. Like Mayweather or Hopkins, Wlad stays in tremendous shape without the punishment and dissipation that affects so many other fighters. Fighters like that can continue to fight at a high level in their advanced age. I don't see any other heavyweights beating Wlad any time soon. Vitali is another story.

The result would likely be the same but closer - 9-3 or 8-4 Wlad.

The toe was anaesthetised, so it's a non-issue.

Yeah Wlad. This division's so weak it's sad to say Haye is possibly the best contender right now.

I think Haye fought the wrong fight the first time. He used the same style he used against Valuev and it was ineffective. If there is a rematch he needs to put some pressure on Wlad in spite of the fact it is risky. The first fight neither fighter wanted to get hit and there was little risk taking.
