There's absolutely NOTHING about his physique that would indicate steroid use. Nothing. He just looks insanely well trained, and conditioned, which you'll be able to see for yourself that he is if you saw a few of his vids. The stuff he does there can't be faked, trust me.

Ross is a stand up guy, when it comes to his business for sure.

he got good tips and advice that is enough for me I dont need to know his background because most of his stuff is good

If he has time to answer emails it is probably because he doesn't get many emails. There are so many fitness gurus these days it is hard for them all to be successful.
