I'm new and needs some tips

Ok, can someone give me their work out routine? I really need to be the best, and i must try a lot of things to figure out what works for me the best.

What do you want? boxing routine or fitness routine?
For boxing which i do 3 times a week i do.
20 mins skipping to get warmed up
    5 minute stretching
    3-4 round shadow boxing
8-10, 2 min rounds on the heavy bag
maybe instead of the heavy bag i'll do a few rounds sparring
and to finish off i'l do ground work ie. press ups, situps, squat thrusts and burpees.

When i'm not boxing i'll lift weights doing each body part once a week.
say for instance arms on monday then chest on wednesday.
After lifting weights i'll go running for a few km or maybe go on the bike for 10km or so.
I do these workouts 6 nights a week.

I use to go to a boxing gym, but i felt neglected a lot. i paid my trainer but got no attention. So i took what little i learned from him and try to get better at it. i jog 30 minutes with 3 sweaters to lose some sweat, twice a day. Once at about 11am,then again around 9pm. And thats about it. I want to learn some new things to do at home to brush up a little. So thats why i needed other people's routine.

Getting in shape has nothing to do with dehydration. Losing water is a silly waste of time.

Get a copy of Joe Frazier's book, Box Like the Pros. It will give you a few good tips. Sadly, there are limits to what you can learn from a book. If you want to go places in boxing sooner or later you will have to find yourself a proper trainer who takes his responsibilities seriously.
