If you have a goal to achieve and if that goal is an overriding passion which controls your life, you will never need to ask these sort of questions. Read Rocky Marciano's biographies then you will learn that the man who wins is very often the man who wants it the most.

Don't question your nerves...realize that it is natural to be nervous or scared...and concentrate on the fight...knowing that nervous energy will be channeled to movement in the ring...go in expecting anything...but go in confident...

I Train ridiculously ore than I have too for the level i'm fighting at...
So I'm not nervous.. I just think to myself "what will this guy try to ull out of the hat"
And " He trains just as hard as me So I better finish this quick"
Works well... Also I have this TYRANT attitude I can't seem to shake...

I go blank for a while with a cold towel over my face... i call this the remaking of my thought process i do this for about 45min to a hr... then i do my stretching.... then i get dis mean look on my face and walk around where ever ima fight for about 5 mins so i can feel da vibe in the air see how people are looking at me, i also if i know who im fighting by this time like to go talk to them wish-um good luck tell um how im feeling and what might happen to them, sometimes dis pisses a motha****a off and dats good.... then i get my gear on not my gloves just my atire, and do alittle shadowboxing and by this time im mad focused.... i get my **** on and like my Tougman fight if any of you have seen it i just go out and do what i do, but unlike the tougman fight ive posted im alot more polished!
