153 at 6ft? Thats what I should weight? Isn't that too low.

One of the people at my boxing club where I train told me I should be 153. Im 6 ft And right now im 175. Wouldnt 160 be good. I mean if I drop to 153 pounds I think id look damn near anorexic.

get to the lowest weight possible with out hurting yourself. height is a great advantage if you know how to use it.

you shouldnt need to be concentrating on your weight. your natrul weight will come within time. the more imporant thig is your boxing skills.

yeah, dood, use that height ha. i'd get down to 155-160 range, with the scale almost always being under 160.

Well i dont think 160 is a weight class limit.. the next would be 152 if im correct..then it jumps to 165...

You must be skinny with little muscle.. or the trainer doesn't know ISH to be telling you to go to 153.

either or.. those are the facts.

Sorry for being ignorant, but can you elaborate on what you mean by natural weight?

Not everyone has the same size or shape frame/bone density.
You cant ask anyone else what a good weight for you is unless they know your body genetics.
Asking for others opinions based on their bodies wont help you.
