    Serious Help Needed!!!

Im an amauter boxer, who has been whaiting to have his first bout for awhile, the reason that its still being put on hold is that im 6'2 and 14 and a half stone (fat i know), im really fit and cary my weight well (broad muscley build), i use to be 19 stone a few years ago so i have done really well so far.

I want to fight at middle weight which means i need to lose 2 and a half stone, i know i have the fat on me to loose, tho it will be hard i know i can make the weight without being weak.

I don't know which foods to eat and avoid while training, i can drop weight quickly (very quickly) but then deplete myself and then eat too much and put it back on quickly, so im pretty much a yo-yo diet'er.

I go boxing training 3 times a week and go running (9 miles) twice a week, and when i do this and diet i loose weight well, but because i dont know how to have a healthy blanced diet, when im trying to lose weight i dont eat enough, and recenlty started to get dizy and see stars and even feel like i was going to pass out, this scared me and i then kinda lost the iron will to stay off the junk.

therefore stared to put a little weight on and not being able to compete in the ABA's, its depressing and dishearting but i really wanna loose the weight the right way and learn how to eat better, i normally eat loads of fruit chciken and do get most vegies, my problem is that i eat too much luxery food, i am a very fussy eater, i dont eat red meat and things like pasta etc. but im willing to change. So i really dont know how to keep my strength up when traing without eating too much carbs and fat.

So can anyone help me? can someone recomend how much exersise/variation of exersise to do with my boxing? and at what time of day? the correct balance between cardio and strengthing?

Can someone recomend a specific diet plan for me? is there a link to a nutrition chart or boxer diet that can help me get down to middle weight?

    any help is greatly apreciated.

    Thanks a million! Sam
