    6 pack abs

    im 5'5 and 130 lbs. and i want to get a six pack but it just seems that as much as i try i cant.
    anyone have tips or a workout routine!!!!!

    Run... and many crunches... crunches dont burn the fat they make the muscles bigger.... then they show through your fat.... Running will help burn the fat though.

        Like they said you need too burn the fat. There are no magic secrets. Mix up your abdominal work as well. There are hundreds of movements you can use. Use non-weighted and weighted movements for best results. My favourite exercises for the abs is the Dragon Flag. Run often, bust your ass at the boxing gym, do your ab work and have a clean diet.

            my fav is the batista bomb.....works wonders for your abs

              wow...at that weight you should have abs, you probably need to develop them and focus on doing some light cardio such as 250 jumpropes a day then increase the number by what feels comfortable...abs will show in 3-4 weeks, if not your not eating right.

                yeah these guys are sticks......do situps for a week with your skinny body and u will see ruttin tuttin abs.....with veins popping out!!! argghhhhh abs!

                  yea thats why I can't believe he doesn't have any...ive had abs since i was in ****in 3rd grade from doing them little sit ups during gym
