i used to do plyos once a week for off ice hockey training during the season, and sometimes up to 5 times a week during the off season depending on the camp. so i have a very strong hate for plyos. but i need to start incorporating them into my boxing training. right now i don't do any.

im not totally versed in what specifically falls under plyometrics, but i think i have the idea. my friend and i set up a circut workout that was great the other day.
25 jumping jacks
25 pushups
25 situps
10 burpees
rope climb (have a 25ft in the gym at school)
5 pull ups
25 hopping over medicine ball
the key is to go from one exercise to the next without rest in the set. the goal is to shoot for 5 sets.
