what are the drills Ross does in his video (low budget) with the 2 cinder blocks called? and the one with 1 block where he passes over it? my buddy walked in while i was working out today and said "what the hell r u doing?" and all i could say was "these things..." lol

The one wher he passes over the block are called power overs. Don't know about the other ones.
