are there any energy supplements that can be sipped during my workout to keep my energy up? i hit a wall about an hour into my workout and it sucks

i think the "wall" has more to do with what you eat up to 5 hours before your workout than anything. eat a good lunch 2:30-4 hours before you go in and energy shouldn't be an issue.

Drink water.
Obviously all these vitamin B supps are good too. Don't go for coffeine based energy supplements.
Oh and make sure that your carbs are unprocessed(eat wholegrain pasta instead of regular pasta.)

If water's not enough during, something like Gatorade is just fine to drink during a workout, and refined carbs along with protein is fine just after the workout.

Do not take test. It is a steroid, its illegal, and probly not procssed correctly.
If you take test your body will never produce natural test like it did before ever again and you will end up most likely having to go onto hormone therapy.
It also sounds as if you haven't researched test at all, do not know about cycles, what to properly stack it with as to limit side effects and get your systems working properly again afetrwards.
Stay away from the roids.
