    Doing pushups 6/7 days?

    is doing 90 push ups 6 days out of 7 with sets of 15 bad for ur arms or will it prevent anything etc.?

    i do 4 sets of 25 pushups and 4 sets of 15 pullups everyday after my gym workout is done, 6 days a week. its a staple of my everyday ****, i dont leave the gym without at least doing those 8 sets...

      i usually do 250-500 on any one day during the week. then just sparringly throughout the week. whether on my own a few or if we do them in intervals during my boxing classes or if i'm bored or whatev. i think it'd be better to do them everyday tho. it's not like you're using anything but your body's own weight.

      if your body can't deal with your own weight then something's not right.

        wat d u mean? thx for the comment but i mean wat wud be wrong with your body lyk wud it be sum sort of symtoms or anything?
