    Can you help me bulk?

    Im 5'7", weigh 140 lbs, and am around 12% bf. I want to jump up to about 155-160 for fighting weight. What kind of routine should I be doing to gain this weight? What should I be eating to add this weight? (I cant take protein shakes right now because of my liver)
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    why do you want to bulk to fight?

    do you realize the heavier you get with your height and reach, your just stepping into disadvantages?

    If your trying to fight at 160, someone at 170 is going to drop weight to 160, rehydrate back to 170, have the reach, height and weight advantage on you

            I would suggest wieghted runs, ie running with a backpack (25kg - 35kg).
            Performing push ups with the same weight.
            And eat lots of chicken, pasta, fish etc.
            Pull ups and dips possibly weighted depending on your fitness.
            This worked for me.

            What is your current level of fitness? and what training do you do?

              Up your protein, lift heavy and cut down cardio...very simple

                I know people who are 5'7 that weigh 110.. and he drops weight to fight, I suggest you do a little more research, because you really have no idea what your getting into trying to gain 20 pounds at 5'7
