I wanted some advice/ opinion on something. I'm 26 and about to attempt to start boxing. not trying to do anything more than MAYBE amatuers... might not even go that far, i will see how well i do. Anyway, heres my situaton...
two years ago i was 152 lbs, and it didnt take all that much ridiculous work, or time, to get there. Now, it seems as though my metabolism has taken a nose dive. i started working out pretty intensely 3 months ago, i am in good shape, i can run 10 miles pretty easily, swim for 2 hours straight, do lots' pushups and pullups, but cant seem to get below 175... and i dont have even close to a big enough swing to **** at 175lbs. when i started 3 months ago i was 192, lost the initial 15 pounds in 2 weeks, but nothing since then, really. any tips?
any of you other guys in your late 20's experience the same thing? i guess it's my fault for letting myself put weight back on, but i got married and got lazy!
