    Running On Footpath?

    Is it true running on a hard surface i.e {footpath}fuc*s your joints up?

    Over years of running it does yes. If you have bad joints or want something low impact try swimming

        If you're running properly on good flat ground then you have nothing to worry about.

          yep it is flat ground but it is tarmac,does that matter?

              concrete is worse for you than tarmac. stick the the tarmac, proper shoes, and you should be ok. if you can get to a trail in the woods, try that everyonce in a while for a break. that will strengthen your stabilizers as well. swimming or bicycling are great for breaks on your body as well.

                  Yeah just try to get good flat running shoes.

                  You should be fine its more the wrong running technique rather than the surface.

                    You don't want flat shoes at all. You want shoes shaped to the arch of your foot.
