hi everyone. i just got back into boxing after a looong season of rowing. i've stopped rowing and now im looking to gain weight. atm i'm about 145 pounds and im nearly 17. and pretty fit. this is what im doing atm.
im doing boxing 2 times p/w for 2hrs (heavy bag, speeball, floor to cieling ball, focus mitts and ab work)
cross country for school 3 times p/w (4-8k runs)
ive also been lifting for about 2 years, atm im doing 3 sets of 10/12 reps on bench press, bench pull, Lat pulldown and chinups. 3 times a week.
oh yeah im also getting whey protein powder soon.
is there anything i could change? i specifically want to gain upper body mass(thats why there are no leg weights) and lose whatever weiht i can off my legs.
