Simple question.
Should all boxers follow similar training regimes. Or should one look at his natural size, and then gear his training more for strength/power (heavyweights) or cardio and agility. (lightweights)
Obviously every boxer should train for strengh, cardio and agility. But would the emphasis change because of someones weight?
