I was just curious what kind of body fat percentage people have on here. I'm starting a new routine because I'm not where I want to be looks wise. I'm 5'10'' & weigh 166, I want to cut down to like 150 or so.
My body fat percentage is 19% which is pretty bad imo.
if you don't know your body fat percentage, you can do a google search & there are tons of calculators where you can input your height, weight & a couple measurements and it will tell. (I would do a couple and find an average).
