To stretch your legs so much so that you can stand on one leg and bring the other one straight up above your head and hold it there? So you have like, your knee to the torso and the foot above your head? I've seen it when over-agile super jelly persons do it but is it possible for us "humans"?
If it is, what kind of stretching should i be doing and how often?
This is probably the wrong place to ask this, both forum and section wise but i have asked in alot of martial arts forum and haven't gotten an answer so i'd figure i'll turn to you guys. Sorry for beforehand but i had this bugging me for quite some time. Thankful for responds and please dont
