Running schedule help

    Running schedule help

    If someone could help me i would be so happy, cause my running is getting so sloppy somedays ill skip it somedays ill do more then others... if someone knows a good schedule please let me know: this includes what time to run, how far, how long i should run, and how many days.

    I think its the summer season man. Makes me so damn lazy personally.

    As for your running, let us know a little more about what times you work, what days you can run, and at what times. How much you can run right now would help as well.

      Yea summer usually gets me.

      Sorry, I didnt leave out alot of information.
      Usually I'll run at least two miles a day in about 15 minutes or so i dont really know i never timed myself and the most ill ever go in one run is 7 miles.

      And i can run basically every day of the week from any time from 6am- 2:30 pm cause im still in high school and i only work like 3 days a week and my job doesnt start until 5.

        i run everday but i think im takeing the weekend of my boidy is adapting so my legs are getting stronger and im getting more stamina
