Hi, I'm 15, and I'm going to box when school starts, so around 15 september but i want to do some exercices so i get in shape, i have been doing these exercices for 5 days now, and i want to know if it is quite good or if there is something i could add ( note, i got nothing of equipment except 16 oz gloves ).
5x 1 minute rope jump with 1 minute pause between
5x 1 minute push-ups with 2 minutes pause between
3x 2 minutes crunches with 2 minutes pause between
