i was hitting it the other day and when i hit it hard it was swinging alot....i remember someone said it's not suppose to swing as much but do that apply to hard punches that are thrown?

No, you're supposed to walk around the bag and hit it and not stay stationary. If you stay in one spot it'll swing no matter how hard you hit.

yeah i move around the bag.....but it was just swinging alot....thanks for the advice......

A swinging bag is a symptom of pushing your punches. You might feel like you are doing loads of damage, but in reality, pushed punches are weak punches.

When you learn to snap your punches the bag will stop swinging, and will instead sorta shudder when you hit it.
