    And you need ALOT of protein. Depending on you'r weight. I usually take 100 grams protein a day to keep my muscle from burning off when jogging and skipping rope etc.
    So you'll probably need 150-200 grams depending on weight. Don't take roids, and dont use Creatine. (Its not bad but trust me its not worth the cost)
    Eat Chicken daily and Steak if you have money.
