Try and go out for a 20 minute slow jog twice a week just to start your day off. Eventually this will be like a habit and you will want to do it. A drill on the bag is do 3 rounds of 30 second punch out drills. It is where you punch both hands for 30 seconds flat out, 1 minute rest and repeat. For more advice visit
