    Shoulder Instability

I hate it, every now and then when I spar my shoulder would come out a bit and go right back in, I can continue sparring but the next day it is sore and I can barely move it. Anybody had the same situation or know of anyone who got it fixed? This is really starting to aggravate me since I can't fully extend my jab and is cutting back on my speed. Also I can't lift weights the following day since it is still sore for days.

I once injured my shoulder from weight lifting. The bloody thing was sore for weeks. I eventually cured the pain in about 2/3 days with "shoulder dislocations". They're not as bad as they sound:

Helps with shoulder joint flexibility, rotator cuffs, upper back flexibility etc. Healed my shoulder pain very quickly.

    Hope this helps.
