If your worried about your vitamins and don't eat enough fruit and veg you could try a multi-vitamin .

All depends on how they were cooked. Food doesn't have to taste like ****.

you get almost no macronutrients from vegetables. They're mostly for fiber and vitamins. Don't stress over them.

Don't even take a multivitamin. If you get your macros you'll probably get the micros along the way.
