Hi,
i've got a huge problem in life.
Everytime i achieve sometihng or do something well, win, i found a way to discredit myself in my own view.
I've had success in my second of university and i still found a way to say that i was lucky and that i shouldn't be here.
Same thing happened in sports where i got a very good level at long distance running. I give trouble to a friend who was regularly third or fourth at 10 000 meters.
In boxing too, i started in March, worked a lot and my trainer said that i box like i did it for several years and i still don't believe him or anybody when they say i'm good.
It's ridiculous but i do conspiracy theories about people tellin me i'm good to fool me.
On the other hand, everytime i fail at something in life i will think about it all day long and draw conclusions about it.
I know i've had this problem for a long time and i want to know if some people here had the same problem.
If yes, what did you do to overcome your thoughts?
