Run first thing in the morning on no breakfast. Your body will use up its fastest way of getting energy which is stored fats. So you burn up the fats quicker because you are not using energy from your breakfast. Means you will lose weight and get a lot fitter than if you did it after a meal. Metabolism is also boosted throughout the day.

This is interesting, but can you provide a source for this? If its true, I'm gonna start running early.
As it is now I run whenever I feel like through out the day.

no proven difference between evening running and morning running, i've never seen a study on it. Trainers will just tell you 'facts' that they've accumulated from years of being around boxing and hearing other people talking, its all hearsay. same as 'weight training makes you slow' etc etc, dont beleive everything you hear, run whenever you like

lifting heavy weight in low repition(4-7 reps) will make you slow.

i'm off to the gym, but yeah, this is true indeed

your other option should be a protein drink with NO CARBS, since carbs turn to fat on breakfast, especially if you eat them excessively

i'll get you a link when i come back
