im 6 ft 155. im around 6% body fat, you can see every muscle in my body.

How much muscle is too much muscle?

It really depends on your body. There are guys who can be 200lbs and be a ******lined Ferrari. Look at Chad Johnson WR for the Bengals.
He has lean muscle and keeps speed, agility and quickness on top of strength. I've wrestled and I've seen guys of equal height 3-4 weight classes apart.
Well you can even look at guys like Cotto who is only 5'7 and probably has a peak trim performance weight of 160lbs and regular healthy maintainable weight of 165-170.
Now put that 170lbs on Ricky Hatton (similar height) and he would look either fat or muscle bound.
