What I see:
Don't lean back so far when slipping. A few inches is enough; any more than that and you have to shift your feet to catch yourself. Big waste of energy.
If you're going to rely on a ranging jab so much (which, at your height, is fine) you've got to throw it offensively. The jab is a fine counter but you won't win fights by being a counterjabber. You're tall, so keep firing that jab and shut him down. If you want to be a counterpuncher, counter with combos. A one-punch counter is a wasted opportunity unless you manage to send him to the canvas with it.
And lastly, get used to getting hit. It's gonna happen. You seem to be wasting a lot of energy trying to get out of the way. For you, short parries, cover blocks, and changing angles (sidestep, pivot) are going to be much more efficient than leaping out of the way of an incoming punch. His punch is an opportunity; when that glove is coming in, he's committed. You need to be exploiting the hole he just left, not getting out of the way.
Try light sparring, touch sparring, until you can keep your eyes open and watch a punch coming in. Then turn it up a notch. After a short while you'll be able to take a hit to the face and you won't even notice it. That will open up a whole new world in the ring.
Stay at it.
If you replay that video, whenever you threw a double-jab he was already backing up without you even landing it.
And both of you guys look scared of getting hit. Spar some more to get that fear out of your minds.
Your sparring partner was just a p*ssy, he was the shorter man, and he would be the one backing up against a much longer opponent, therefore he was worse off distance wise when he starts to back up to get away.

Good work.
Some pointers, use the jab more. Your reach was far more superior to his, and he seemed to back up everytime you threw a right hand. Using the jab would help you dictate the pace of the fight and would help you fight YOUR fight, not his. As a smaller fighter, his main objective is to get inside to your body.....but as he didn't show any effort to do that, you have the upper hand at mixing your game. Also, try not to leave yourself too open when throwing that right hand, as a quick counter puncher would have fun.
Work on your combinations too. If you spar with him again, study the video too.....the more you threw, the more he retreated. Also, like others have said, getting hit a few times will help you, so a bit of light touch sparring should help.

looks good, but when you come forward you reach so much with your punches, you got tagged with a right hook towards the end of the round because you were leaning so far in you couldnt move back again. Sit more on your back foot and let him come to you, he's the little guy make him work to get inside of your long ass arms

problem with the reach is he's extremely fast and he can counter very fast.like if I threw a combination he would back up and then come in and counter fast. Also How can I counter his back peddling?
