use 10oz gloves and try to hit the bag a little lighter, work on technique,do not hit the bag from all angles with your hands in a slapping motion,stand in a comfortable pose with your hands in a fist, and jab,jab,right,repeat
it gives you momentum.you can feel your knuckles really penetrate the bag,after your workout you will have a sense that you defeated the bag,treat the bag like it is your opponent,stick and move bob and weave,jab,jab,boom right down the middle
