Can you just be a regular member sparring at a boxing gym or do you have to be an amateur or pro-boxers ?

Did you know that Kronk used to put new guys in there to see their natural abilities against a more experienced opponent..
If they can take a relative beating and still show up the next day for some more than they might start working with them.
