This is something everyone should get into, Gymnast's are one of the pinacles of pure strength and agility and that can help alot in the ring. They are well conditioned, strong athletes that surpass imo every sport in the functunial strength department.
So my quistion to you is, why not do a strength training regime like a gymnast while still training like a boxer (shadow boxing, bag work, conditioning ect.)
