I'm 15, 5'8, and 212 lbs.I'm not that fast but my timing makes up for it. I don't do that much weights because i dont want to be any slower but i do want to increase my strength. What workouts can i do that will help me?

Have you ever tried circuit training? My brother has some weight on him and is definitely heavier then me. I'm actually on the other side of the equation where I'm naturally skinny and I'm trying to pack on muscle.
If you're not too concerned about only boxing I would suggest something like the Randy Couture workout. Its works wonders for me and my brother. He's losing weight while keeping on a good amount of muscle mass and I'm gaining muscle fairly quickly without feeling slow.
We're not doing the same weight as in the video. We're both using an Olympic bar(45lbs + 10lbs on each side = 65lbs), doesn't sound like much but it works.
6 reps with 1 minute of abs right after the rep and rest for 1 min then continue to next rep.
Hope this was useful!

Great! Glad it helped. Remember, using lower weights will help you tone up + muscle endurance. If you want to bulk up a little more like me, just keep upping the weight every 2 weeks. You should only be doing this work out 3-4 times a week at most though.
I've been doing this for a few months now after training so I'm telling you from experience.
Have fun!
