    don't worry about breathing. pay no attention to it. your breath will adjust automatically to the work you are doing.

    if your car gets stuck in a snowbank, and u and a friend have to push it out, do u concentrate on breathing? no? of course not. but, your breathing changes automatically. you change into a sort of reverse breathing method naturally. i bet many people dont even realize that they did that in similar circumstances. but it happens. and without thinking.

    so, especially when you first start, dont worry about breath.

    just breathe deeply when you rest.

      Interesting thing. I didn't think that would actually help.

      I guess as long as it forces you to breath right I guess it works its magic.

        oh so thats what he says huh? ha i couldnt tell. i gotta try that. i usually just switch between the nose and mouth
