    whats a good diet plan for a 15 year old

    hi i want to get a good diet plan so i can start my boxing training as of right now this is what a eat throughout the day
    breakfast:scrambled eggs with milk

    school lunch:a turkey sub or a chicken sandwich i don't usually eat any fruits at
    school because the ones my school gives out are usually rotten

    dinner: im Mexican so my mom makes Mexican food everyday

    through out the day if i get hungry i usually eat carrots, jicama, or cereal

    I think people shouldn't be so wrapped up in a diet... so just eat Clean and healthy food, don't deprive yourself of anything, just eat healthy and use common sense.

      yeah wait till ur like 17, cuz ur body still growing. just enjoy life, drink lots of milk, enjoy ur peanutbutter, and stay active.

        Your diet seems on spot. It seems well rounded milk and eggs are bomb. Try to eat whole foods like when you make your sammiches use whole wheat. You're still growing so eat up don't starve yourself
