    running first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is perfectly fine.

    so, so many boxers do this type of roadwork 7 days a week im actually surprised some people are saying this is harmful...if you didnt eat much the night before you could drink a glass of juice or an apple/banana..

    my trainer had me and his other boxers run first thing in the morning, THEN stretch afterwards with the blood flowing, and maybe run some more.

    yes, your definitely not gonna run as fast or as much as you would with some food in your stomach but thats the way its supposed to be.

      I do this also but usually i will eat a big dinner the night be4 so when i wake up i can use all that energy i got from eating and i wont feel light or sick.

        It is safe and scientifically proven to produce healthy weight loss.

        Running on an empty stomach gets your metabolism sky high so when you get home and eat (if morning run porridge, banana, toast whatever), your body sucks up all the good nutrients immediately because your metablism has been activated.

        eating before a run means your body is breaking down food at the same time and all those nutrients get released immediately instead of it being used to replenish your body
