        Yeah, I run and train in the evening. Do my stuff in the gym, and then run when I'm at the end of my session.

              No, as long as you are already fit you feel fine really.

                At the start of gym theres a 15 - 20 min run that includes doing touchdowns and knee ups aswell as insides and outsides but usually i do running at least 3 times a week if i can.
