    milk is crap, my bones have actually gotten harder without them
    tho i lost a ****load of weight after quitting
    gotta eat like a fat boy cuz of my metabolism to keep my weight up

          Milk is fine, cheap, and nutritious. It provides protein with a very low amount of fat which is ideal. I reccomend milk as something to drink before sleep rather than post workout as the majority of protein comes from casein which digests slowly. This is ideal for recovery during sleeping hours as it digests for a long time whereas something like whey is fully absorbed in 40 min.

            I dont drink it anymore. My health is much better

            I'm not going to get into this much because last time it went on forever. Check out the last thread on it though. I posted a lot of studies and the links to them.

            But quickly I will say this: Milk is horrible for you!

            The idea that milk is healthy has been injected into our society by corporate interests. They literally spend millions every year to make sure kids think milk is healthy.

            But the science does not support this. Early milk consumption is the best predictor of diabetes later in life. It has been linked to cancer and asthma. It is also the #1 cause of osteoporosis. They tell you to drink milk for strong bones but this is just marketing crap. The protein in milk is very acidic. When you drink it your blood also becomes acidic and the body leaches calcium from the bones to fix the PH imbalance. You don't actually absorb any of the calcium from milk.

            Like I said I wont post again because there are always those people who believe milk is healthy just because thats what grade school and tv tell them, and they will fight this view to the death regardless of the science. I can't get into that again. To frustrating and time consuming
