    hi guys. just got a punch bag set up. i know i should join a gym and will eventually but cant ATM. anyway what kind of routine should i do? im a beginner. yesterday i did 4 min (well the length of a song ) sets with 4 mins of rest / situps in the middle. what else should i do? thanks

    jump rope, push ups, situps, pull ups and chin ups (get a pull up bar), burpees, squats and go running as much as you can.

    Also join a gym.

        lol...thats funny but on the real if you do post em make sure its for educational purposes like want us to help i understand if you cant afford a gym mayb tho instead of posten workouts public find a buddy and send em the vids lol but yeah you got the internet plenty of good workouts u can find online
