Do you feel off balance or as if you are "reaching" for your opponents in sparring? When throwing it you should keep your weight central. Basically your feet should both stay planted to the canvas, your head should stay in the same place while turning into the punch and you should not turn your shoulders too much leaving yourself off balance. You should never reach with your punches but rather step in or punch from a closer range. It is better to be short with your punches than get countered while you are off balance.

Nah, my weight's transfered correctly, speaking of the Head thing, our trainer has taught us to move our heads as we punch, beacuase he dosnt like the idea of a staionary target.

You should not move your head from where it is while you are throwing the punch as this means your weight is no longer central while you are punching. This means you may be taking your eyes off of the target or setting yourself to be timed with a counter. Instead, you should keep your chin down and your punches straight and not too wide, this way you will take punches to the gloves, elbows, shoulders and perhaps your forehead where it won't hurt so much.
As your trainer has told you being a stationary target is not a great idea but the movement of the head should not occur while you are punching. If you move your head too much while punching then you may be timed and hit clean while landing something not so effective yourself. You cannot punch with power and keep a tight defence while simultaneously moving your head to avoid a punch. It is far better to punch with the correct technique and have a higher chance of landing while keeping a tight defence and then moving your head out of the way of a possible counter after you have thrown your punch.
