Was recetnly reading in magazine and a bodybuilder said when first starting serious weight training, don' train no more than 3/4 times a week, as the muscles need rest to grow and recoparate. He said rest is so important.
Do you agree with this? But I was thiniking if I done cardio(Run/Abs) on the off days, would that still hurt my muscle recovery?
