What is the purpose/benefit of the thing Roach and Ariza have Khan and Manny do with the rubber bands? U know when they have their elbow by there side and flick their arm outward over and over quickly? U see them do it alot in 24/7 and stuff like that....

Rotor cuff exercise.
Doing it really fast doesn't help much. It's supposed to be done controlled but I suppose they do it to warm up the shoulder.
Weakest part of the shoulder. Strengthen that, see some good strength gains.
I know, cause I do them. Also, every tennis player does it as well.

No problem.
That's a good question. I don't do them too often, maybe once every three days or so. But once every 2 days should be fine.
Because that part of the body is so small, you could tear it if you over do it. So everyday wouldn't be a good idea.
No rep set. Just till failure. Not complete, can't move your arm failure. But where it burns enough to make you want to stop. Two times per arm though. Once pulling inward(hand towards pec) and once pulling outward(hand going outward).
I hit like 20-30 reps before failure. 2nd exercise is normally 15-20. fatigue factor.
Just so you can have an idea of how many reps are good.
