Weird pain after taking a big shot

with your nose I recommend that you just get used to it. If your eyes are both blackened then you probably cracked it. Welcome to the world of boxing where the weak are eaten. I've never or don't remember ever experiencing pain on the roof of my mouth though, is your mouthpiece fit prperly? With the pain in between your mouth and nose all that I can say is the dentist took x-rays and came back with the report that I had a fracture from my front tooth up to the bottom of my nose. When I get cracked there I swear I could feel it sliding back into place. That injury serves me right though, I was messing around with friends and gloves and got caught one that clashed my teeth together while not wearing a mouth piece. It cracked my front tooth all the way up to my nose.

Moral of the story, wear your mouth piece whenever in active sparring, even if it's just to the body.........Rockin'

Yeah the pain in my nose, not a big deal. My eyes were fine too. I'm not in here trying to complain about the pain, this is was just an odd sort of pain and it was a big shot. I was just worried.

I have the same black boil and bite everlast mouthpiece that everyone has, but I honestly I don't think I was biting down at all when I got hit. I was caught pretty much off guard. Looking back, I was being lazy and thats probably why I got hit that way.

But the good news is that the pain is totally gone now, back to normal. But after hearing what some people said I still might go get an X-ray
